What will I be part of?
Joining our Trade Waste team, you will be part of the Co-Lab group a multi-council collaboration which provides Trade Waste Services for participating Councils across the region.
What does a day in this job look like?
Reporting to the Senior Technical Support Officer as the Technical Support Officer (administrator) you will provide administrative and technical support to the Trade Waste Team including responding to customer enquiries, booking audits, processing consent applications to comply with bylaws and regulatory requirements, completing audits and processing invoice requests to a name a few tricks.
There are seven Councils as part of the Co-Lab group therefore there is a travel requirement in this role, having a full license is necessary. Usually, just day travel however sometimes overnight travel is required.

For this role, you must have:
Current full New Zealand Driver's License
Confident interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail
Great time management skills
An intermediate level of computer literacy specifically with the Microsoft Office Suite
Experience within the public sector and industrial industries would be advantageous
What's the salary?
Circa $60K and negotiable based on skills and experience.
