The ideal candidate will preferably have a background in automotive parts sales, with experience in auto electrical and air conditioning systems. This role involves engaging with customers, providing advice, and driving sales to meet company targets. Primarily an indoor, office/store environment; occasional travel to meet with clients or attend trade shows may be necessary.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service and Sales:Assist customers in selecting appropriate auto electrical and air conditioning products.Provide detailed product information and technical support to customers.Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Product Knowledge:Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's auto electrical and air conditioning product lines.Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and technological advancements.
