Are you a proactive and experienced Trade Sales Support specialist looking to take a leap and join a dynamic and supportive team? If you come from a similar background and have strong product knowledge with a hands-on approach, this is the role for you. This is a busy role that requires someone who thrives under pressure, has excellent customer interaction skills, and can roll up their sleeves and get the job done.
Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Work with customers to assist them with product inquiries, finding exactly what they need. You'll be hands-on, pulling orders, and ensuring accuracy in all transactions. Order Management: Manage phone, email, and walk-in orders. Ensure paperwork is generated correctly and work closely with dispatch. Building Relationships: Get to know your customers, develop rapport, and maintain strong professional relationships through excellent communication. Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Ensure order accuracy and proactively resolve issues. A high level of product knowledge is a must! Teamwork: Work collaboratively with dispatch, sales teams, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. About You
Previous experience in a trade sales environment is essential to hit the ground running! You're reliable, professional, and able to balance friendly banter with excellent customer service. Your trade product knowledge will come in handy when working with customers, making recommendations, and ensuring smooth order processes. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are also important for working with customers and with the team.
