With a recent expansion in our product range to include veneer cabinetry panels and exterior cladding, we offer comprehensive solutions that enhance modern living spaces.Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic Trade Account Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in the high-end residential market across the Upper South Island. This role is crucial for nurturing strong relationships with New Zealand's leading builders, housing companies, and installers and requires a proactive approach to progressing and closing sales and customer management.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationships: Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing clients and engage new clients to expand our market presence with Builders in the upper South Island.Project Management: Coordinate with specification consultants and oversee projects from specification through to order confirmation.Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to builders and contractors.Reporting: Keep precise records of sales activities and provide insights and forecasts to the management team based on market dynamics and client feedback.Key Requirements:Proven track record in a similar role, preferably in the high-end residential market.Established network within the building and construction industry in Christchurch or the Upper South Island.Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Passionate about the building industry with a keen interest in timber products.We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment in a rapidly growing company.Competitive salary and profit-sharing scheme incentive.Opportunities for personal and professional growth.Company Ute and fuel allowance provided.The chance to work with some of the most influential companies in the construction industry.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for the construction industry and a track record of successful client management, we would love to hear from you.
