Job Description Join our Customer Care team at Temperzone's One-Stop-Shop and deliver outstanding customer service!
In this role, you'll handle customer enquiries, process orders, and ensure technical issues are resolved or appropriately referred.
Key Responsibilities: Efficiently handle face-to-face, email, and telephone enquiries.
Advise customers on appropriate parts.
Escalate technical queries to the Technical Support team.
Use company designated systems for queries and order processing.
Provide track and trace services.
Process orders at the One Stop Shop (counter and telephone).
Collate information, locate drawings, and email requests for custom parts.
Set up Return Forms (RMA), advise on restocking fees, and arrange freight.
Liaise with the Warehouse team for returns and maintain workspace cleanliness.
Participate in improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with Quality Assurance standards.
What You Will Bring To The Role: Ability to pick up new systems and skills quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in Wholesale Distribution of electrical, air distribution, or automotive components.
Naturally curious and mechanically minded.
Strong organizational skills and a flare for multitasking.
Record keeping and a computer extraordinaire.
Good team player – bonus points for a good sense of humour.
Strong understanding of safe work practices.
