Reporting to a Sales Manager Trade you will be responsible for maximising sales and profit through delivering excellent customer relationship management and business growth and retention. Ideally this role is suited to someone who has previous experience in either the building or 'big' industry in some form as well as a desire to be the best in their field.
Primary Responsibilities: Represents, promotes and actively drives Trade business for the business.
Develops and maintains relationships and portfolios, with both existing and target customers/clients.
Responsible for key business development and actively pursues profit maximisation from existing and/or new customers over the short and long term through acquisition, retention and growth strategies.
Demonstrates in-depth/specialised knowledge of key products or services and provides a high-level sales support.
Qualifications: Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to think ahead and offer innovative solutions leading to business retention and growth.
Passion for customer service and relationship/networking excellence.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Flexibility & adaptability.
Intermediate computer skills.
Ability to manage a varied and busy workload.
The hours for this role are 45 per week typically worked Monday to Friday but may require hours outside of this. Tools of trade include a vehicle, mobile and laptop.
