·Provide tractor and machinery support across our Weka Complex teams·Bring your on-farm machinery experience to this exciting role·Based on West Coast, comes with additional benefitsJoin our team working across the Weka Complex to provide machinery support for our 7 surrounding farms.The OpportunityLooking for a skilled and experienced Tractor Driver/Machinery Operator to help our team on a full-time basis. We are located about 10 minutes from Lake Brunner and support 5 farms and one dairy support farm across the complex. To be fit for this role, you will need to know how to drive/operate agricultural machinery and be prepared to help with land preparation and cultivation, fertilising, feeding stock and repairs/maintenance.The FarmsThe Weka Complex is made up of seven of our West Coast Dairy Units that are responsible for milking upwards of 4,800 cows.About YouYou will be comfortable working on your own and as part of a team, have a good work ethic and good time management skills.We are looking for:• Tractor driving experience• Proven ability in the operation and maintenance of plant farm machinery • Excellent level of customer focus and ability to communicate effectively• Commitment to high standards of health and safety• NZ driver's licenceBenefits This role comes with a competitive remuneration, single quarters accommodation, and a benefits package, as well as ongoing training and personal development to help you reach your personal and career goals.
