Job description:

Lead tours across New Zealand, offering insightful commentary on the country's natural beauty and cultural heritage, and driving clients to various destinations.
Create itineraries focused on New Zealand's landscapes, manage bookings for accommodation and transport, and ensure a high-quality travel experience.
Assess clients' travel needs, provide tailored itinerary suggestions, and advise on travel and accommodation options.
Provide essential travel tips

Promote our tour packages/products, assist in developing marketing materials, and engage with potential clients to generate interest in our services.
What We Offer:

Job Location: You will be based in Christchurch but may work throughout New Zealand, depending on the tour itineraries.
Employment Type: Permanent Full-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week, varying based on seasonal demand.
Salary: NZ$28.18 - NZ$31.61 per hour, depending on experience and eligibility.

Requirements:

Language: Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
Qualifications: Level 4 qualification in Business or Tourism, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Licences: A valid NZ driver's licence with a P endorsement.
Background: No record with drug, criminal, or driving offences.
Skills: Strong communication abilities, a caring and responsible attitude, punctuality, and a professional approach to customer service are essential.
