We are currently seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals to join our team as Tour Guides. As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for leading and guiding visitors through the breathtaking landscapes and cultural wonders of New Zealand. This role requires a passion for storytelling, a dedication to customer service, and a deep understanding of New Zealand's rich history and diverse attractions. Number of  Vacancies : 3 Key Responsibilities: Conducting guided tours of iconic New Zealand destinations while providing engaging commentary and historical insights. Ensuring the safety and comfort of tour participants throughout the journey. Facilitating smooth logistics and timely transportation between various attractions. Tailoring tours to meet the preferences and interests of diverse groups of travelers. Assisting with the organization and coordination of tour activities, including reservations and bookings. Responding to customer inquiries, providing assistance, and resolving any issues that may arise during the tour. Upholding the highest standards of professionalism and representing us with integrity and enthusiasm. Requirements: Hold a valid New Zealand full driver's license with a clean driving record. Possess a valid P-endorsement license for passenger service vehicles in New Zealand. Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, with excellent communication skills in both languages. Extensive knowledge of New Zealand's tourism industry, including popular attractions, historical sites, and cultural landmarks. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds. Previous 3 years experience and/or a level 7 qualification  in tour guiding, hospitality, or customer service roles . Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays, as dictated by tour schedules. #J-18808-Ljbffr
