The Opportunity;
We're on the hunt for confident Coach Drivers to join our team based in Whangarei! With summer coming up, we're expanding our team. We're interested in having you on board if you have a Class 4 license (minimum) and great communication skills. You'd be an integral part of your community, and the tourism industry too!
We're on the hunt for safety-conscious, outgoing operators that can showcase the gorgeous Northland, in particular 90 Mile Beach & Cape Reinga, imagine those office views!
We're aiming to have these roles on a 3-on, 2-off roster; however, due to scheduling, this could change to 4-on, 4-off.
Team Ritchies;
Ritchies is one of Aotearoa New Zealand's leading passenger transport companies with a team of more than 2,000 people providing coach and charter services right across the country. We partner with regional councils and schools to supply public transport services as well as offering a range of bus and coach hire services to businesses and the general public. You would be joining us at an exciting time in Ritchies' history as we gear up to decarbonise our fleet and move to a more sustainable public transport model.
About You;
You're looking for a change, you want to work for a company that values your skills and work ethic and you're ready to make the move! You love living and working in Northland and can showcase the gorgeous region to Kiwis and visitors alike. You are prepared to work weekends and be able to work away from home depending on tour durations. You take pride in your appearance and can communicate with people from all walks of life. You're great at delivering commentary and are known as a safe operator.
Your Skills;
Great communicator and capable of delivering commentary
Physically capable of lifting up to 20kgs
NZ Class 4 license (minimum)
P endorsement
Can operate manual transmission
