Timaru - Assistant Manager

We've roasted our own beans since opening in '96 in the beachside community of Sumner.
Since then we've done a fair few batches but never lost the magic, care and hard work (!) required to make our beautiful coffee.
These days our Master Roaster Hamish works hard to keep our stores and guests fueled up.
We've captured a little bit of that magic on film so you can see him at work.
