Working International Resourcing – Te Anau, South IslandFull time, with minimum guaranteed 30 hours per weekMonday - Friday with weekend jobs availableAbout the RoleYou will be based in Te Anau, Southland.What you will doTasks include (but are not limited to):Examine plans, measure and mark surfaces and laying out workPrepare wall and floor surfaces by removing old tiles, grout and adhesive, filling holes and cracks, and cleaning surfacesSpread adhesive onto prepared surfaces and tiles, and set tiles in positionUse tile-cutting tools to cut and shape tiles needed for edges and corners, and around objects such as fittings and pipesEnsure tiles are correctly aligned and spacedGrout tiles, clean and remove excess groutApply waterproofing systemsCollect and verify delivery instructionsAdhere to health and safety regulationsAssist with any other tasks as and when requiredThe successful applicant willMinimum 3 years of relevant and verifiable experience.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Willing to undergo pre-employment screening.Physically fit and able to manage work on a regular basis.A dedication to Health & Safety in the workplace.A proven track record in safety compliance.Ability to pass a workplace medical exam including drug and alcohol testing.You must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.In return we offerTargeted training programs are availableOpportunities to advance within the companyA company that values the health and safety of its peopleA great team culture that supports career developmentIf you want to become part of the team, then please send your Cover Letter and CV.All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
