We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Manager to join our team.About the roleAs the Ticketing Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and delivering New Zealand Rugby's Ticketing programme.
You'll support the day-to-day management of related stakeholders and the delivery of commercial objectives.To be successful in this role you will have a solid understanding of ticketing operations, commercial models, and customer sales and service, underpinned by meticulous attention to detail and superior stakeholder management skills.
You will have experience in a similar role either at a venue, ticketing service provider, or within a ticketing team at a rights holder.As well as being great with people, you'll also be able to think analytically, which will help you as you develop and deliver operational plans across the ticketing portfolio.
