The Information Systems & Technology (IST) Group delivers information systems, technology and communications services, guidance and strategic direction to the Parliamentary Service, The Office of the Clerk of the House of Representatives, and partnering parliamentary precinct agencies, encouraging, and facilitating the appropriate application of IST to business operations. The IST Customer Service unit is responsible for the quality of IST service and support to its customers and champions a customer service focus across the IST Group and outsourced service providers.Mo te tunga | About the role:As an IST Customer Experience Squad Lead, you will be part of a dynamic and friendly team that provides high-quality information technology support and services to the staff of the New Zealand Parliament. You will engage with a wide range of customers across the parliamentary precinct, ensuring their IT needs are met in a timely and professional manner. You will also collaborate with other IST units and external providers to deliver solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of parliamentary operations. Here are a couple of tasks that you'll get involved with:Proactively assists, implements, and communicates concerns and policies among management and team members.Provides day to day operational management and direction to squad members.Proactively provides input on workplan.Provides professional development, coaching and support to squad members.To kete | What you will bring to the role:We are very motivated to hear from people who have a solid understanding of what we are seeking and can clearly demonstrate how they have had a positive impact in a similar role.
