Six operating theatres, an integrated specialist centre (with procedure room), modern short stay facilities and ICU all supporting a wide range of specialist surgical services. Growth plans in place. About the Job Further develop your interest in leadership, coordination and quality improvement. Lead a dedicated team of theatre nurses and report directly to the Theatre Services Manager. Monday to Friday, no Public Holidays, Christmas & New Year Shutdown. Skills and Experience Registered Nurse with current practicing APC. Must have NZ theatre experience with at least 2 years in general surgery. Proven ability to inspire and lead a team. Committed to continuous quality improvement and ongoing education through professional development. Passion for advancing your nursing career.
