The Doctors Red Beach have an exciting opportunity for an GP to join our busy clinic and passionate team as GP Lead.
We are a well-respected, family-oriented general practice, located just north of Auckland, supporting the fabulous Hibiscus Coast community. Our focus is on providing excellent healthcare to our community, and we are looking for an enthusiastic professional who shares our values and our passion for delivering quality care.
We are looking for someone who can champion equity, bring clinical excellence, has proven quality improvement experience and has great ideas for clinically effective and efficient ways of working. You will play a key role in the strategic business planning and will be sitting at the leadership table. The ideal candidate should possess sound clinical and communication skills. This role will be supported by our team of dedicated team of administration, nurses and GPs.

About the position and you:
You will bring to the role:

Making a difference using your leadership and management skills
GP Fellow preferred or working towards FRNZCGP
Sound clinical and service skills enabling you to fully utilize your experience
Great communication skills
Ability to provide healthcare to a full range of people in our community
Hold Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand
Be legally eligible to work in New Zealand
