We play a vital role in bridging the gap between Pfizer and the medical community.How you will achieve it:The Representative should possess customer, market and business acumen combined with strong product and disease state knowledge; demonstrate strong sales, promotional and strategic business development and management skills and in-depth customer engagement expertise in both virtual and in-person settings, have outstanding communications skills and be adept in the operation of digital and virtual tools/multi-platforms; with the ability to effectively work in collaboration with cross-functional internal teams to address customer needs and compliantly deliver on Pfizer business objectives.The ideal candidate:A tertiary qualification in Health, Science or Business with a healthcare background.Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical experience preferred (oncology experience desired, but not essential).Have a history of success, strong territory management skills, outstanding communications skills, as well as demonstrated teamwork, leadership ability, and accountability.Valid Driver's Licence.Preferred qualifications:Strong knowledge of the disease state/therapeutic areas, and products.Deep knowledge of applicable customers preferred.Strategic account management skills.Superior relationship building skills.Demonstrated track record of assessing account needs and bringing relevant information and resources to drive performance.Demonstrated track record of strong business acumen, problem solving, strategic thinking, data analytical skills and project management skills, as well as excellent planning and prioritisation skills.Demonstrated excellence in communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and embrace new ways of working in a rapidly changing environment.Possess the ability to work in a matrix environment and to leverage multiple resources to meet customer needs and deliver results.Demonstrated track record of strong leadership, cross functional leadership, collaboration, and effective utilisation of available resources to drive performance.Solid understanding of the digital space and a willingness to keep learning and upskilling.Experience working with key thought leaders preferred.Strong organisational and analytical skills required.Change agile and able to adapt quickly to workplace changes.Exceptional time management, and planning and organising skills.At Pfizer we care about our colleagues' wellbeing and offer a range of great benefits for them, including:Paid parental leaveAccess to Health & Wellness appsCareer Growth Experiences programRecognition & rewards programPaid volunteer daysLife Insurance BenefitsPfizer Learning Academy access to top content providersAccess to flu vaccines & skin checksOptions to purchase additional leaveSalary packaging & novated lease options*Benefits listed may vary depending on your position and location and may be subject to change.Pfizer Australia and New Zealand's diverse workforce represents the patients we serve and the communities in which we operate.
