Thai Massage Therapist

Thai Traditional Massage Therapist required to start job immediately
This job is required to perform: (specific duty tasks)

 Duties and Responsibilities
 Massaging the soft tissues of the body, such as muscles, tendons and ligaments to assist healing.
 Utilize a range of Thai massage techniques.
 Administer treatments to promote relaxation, improve circulation & relieve muscle tension.
 Assessing and treating specific soft tissue dysfunction and provide rehabilitation advice.
 Assessing the clients' physical condition and case history and advise on stretching exercises and relaxation techniques.
 Perform therapeutic massage in accordance with best practice.
 Maintain a high standard of hygiene in the storage and preparation of massage materials.
 Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the massage working areas.
 Follow all company safety procedures.
 Work with a positive attitude and follow all lawful instructions.
 Employing other Thai Massage techniques and complementary aids and essential oils assist recovery.

Skills Required:

 Traditional Thai Massage
 Have good communication skills as basic English
 Have good time management skills
 Have good skills to deal with customers

Experience and Qualification Required:

 At a minimum the successful applicant will have at least 3 years of experience working in a genuine Massagebusiness is preferred OR
 an NZ diploma in Massage and job experience of at least 1 year in Thai Massage businesses OR
 Any Skill Standard Assessment Certificate as Traditional Thai Practitioner (Traditional Thai Massage)
