Thai Massage Shop Manager

Responsibilities

Control daily operations and ensure smooth business functioning
Manage staff schedules and performance
Conduct staff selection, recruitment, and interviews for new hires
Possess a deep understanding of Thai massage techniques
Provide staff training on massage techniques, customer service, and hygiene protocols
Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve any client issues
Maintain shop cleanliness, ambiance, and adherence to hygiene standards
Monitor and restock supplies, equipment, and inventory levels
Track shop financials, including budgeting, sales, and expenses
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the shop and attract new clients.

Qualifications:
To be eligible for selection, candidates must hold a diploma or higher qualification in massage therapy or business management. A minimum of one year of experience in a wellness or spa setting is required. A solid knowledge of Thai massage techniques and hygiene standards is essential. Candidates should also demonstrate strong leadership, organisational, and customer service-oriented skills.
