Textiles and/or Digital Technologies Teachers (2 Positions)Part time, Permanent, FTTE up to: 0.6Area / Composite (Years 1–15), Certificated TeacherTechnologyWe are looking for one or two people to join the Tapawera Area School team.Position 1Textile Teacher Y7-10 - 0.30 FTE (1.5 days a week) with pro-rata release time.We seek a teacher to teach the technology curriculum through textiles.Position 2Integrated Studies through the Digital Curriculum Y7-10 - 0.30 FTE (1.5 days a week) with pro-rata release time.We seek a teacher who can use an inquiry approach to support our students' curiosity about the world around them. This teacher will also help students integrate digital technology into their inquiry learning. Our school uses a Google Platform, so the teacher needs to be confident with Google apps.These positions could be combined for one person or separate for two teachers.Tapawera has a supportive Board and community and would love to welcome some new staff to the team.
