We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic music teacher to join our supportive and progressive Arts learning area. The position may be full or part-time. Please state any supporting subjects in your application.
The successful applicant will:
Enjoy sharing their skills and knowledge of music in innovative ways to help students reach their full potential in and out of the classroom.
Work collaboratively with their skilled colleagues in a supportive learning area.
Recognise and value the importance of embedding Matauranga Maori within the curriculum.
Be adept at using technology when and where appropriate to enhance teaching and learning.
Demonstrate strong pedagogical practice including blended learning and differentiation.
Be student-focused and enjoy mentoring and developing young people.
