As a Test Lead, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, working hand-in-hand with our engineering teams to build exceptional verification tooling. This role gives you a seat alongside our organisation's leaders, where your deep testing expertise and cutting-edge technology know-how will ensure our cloud services continue to set the standard.

Using your vast experience and knowledge in testing, you will utilise cutting-edge technologies to verify the quality, integrity, security, and scalability of our Mobile applications, SDKs and APIs as the team extends and adds to the capabilities of MATTR products. Work closely with engineering teams, Site Reliability and Product in our highly collaborative environment to deliver software of high value and quality. Manage the test activities collaboratively with the QA and wider engineering teams through to production. Provide support on change and release activities. Work with your team members on an on-call roster to proactively support and resolve any issues arising in our 24 x 7 production environments. Have a crucial role in building a high performing team, refining, and developing processes, and providing leadership through mentoring and line management. Let's connect if you have:
Extensive QA Expertise: Over 7 years of testing experience, including 3 years in a leadership role with a proven track record in team performance and delivery. Comprehensive Testing Abilities: Proficient in manual and automated testing, with experience in E2E testing, mobile applications, SDKs, APIs, and non-functional testing. Agile Methodology Proficiency: Strong knowledge of agile and lean methodologies (XP, Scrum, Kanban) and experience with CI/CD tools and open-source test automation frameworks. Effective Communicator & Team Player: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders, with a passion for dynamic environments and open-source communities. You'll be an exceptionally strong communicator with great EQ, and if we're really lucky, you'll also have an awareness of Self-Sovereign identity, Decentralised Identifiers and the Web of Trust ecosystem.
