About the role: Come as you! | Nau mai The primary purpose of this role is to lead the development and growth of existing accounts, create new business, and promote Vertex Lubricants as a market leader across all product ranges and market sectors. You will be experienced in solution and consultative-based selling and good at fostering and developing longstanding relationships from the workshop floor to the CEO.
Additionally, you will be comfortable with CRM tools, developing a pipeline of prospects, and utilizing your selling skills to convert opportunities into new business and increase share of wallet.
Key responsibilities: Manage allocated key accounts. Prospect new, existing, and key clients. Create & implement sales strategies and lead growth in the territory. Identify marketing and business opportunities. Write proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the sales process. Analyze territory, product, and customer performances. Our ideal Territory Sales Manager: Wholesale B2B trade or distribution experience. Solid work history with proven sales achievements. Strong business acumen and industry connections. Proficient in time management. Values call planning and prospecting. Confident with technology. Enjoys working autonomously and as part of a small team. Well-developed sales and consultative selling skills. Ideally, you will have a lubricants/technical background, either directly or indirectly within the automotive, commercial, or industrial sectors we support.
