About the Role As part of a dynamic New Zealand-based South Auckland team dedicated to achieving a smoke-free country, you'll focus on driving results by building strategic relationships with customers, ensuring strong in-store execution, and actively pursuing new business opportunities. With a customer-centered approach, you'll collaborate across teams and maintain clear communication to meet targets and exceed expectations. Your ability to multitask, adapt, and build trust with clients will be key to success in this role.
Drive for Results: Take ownership of growing volume and product range, ensuring well-executed store presence and high performance across accounts. Strategic Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, adapting to customer needs and establishing a trusted advisor role with key accounts. Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with existing clients to grow and improve services. Effective Communication: Collaborate with the sales team and provide clear updates on project progress, responding proactively to client needs and issues. Adaptable Multitasker: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple demands with efficiency and a well-organized approach. Skilled in communication, presentation, and influencing stakeholders, including executives and C-level. Proficient in CRM software and MS Office, especially Excel. Experienced in delivering client-centered solutions and meeting diverse customer needs.
