Professional Sales Limited is now hiring 4 Territory Managers to lead ongoing sales projects delivery in the greater Auckland, Waikato, Wellington, Canterbury, and Otago regions.

We provide cost-effective customer acquisition programs using face-to-face, direct sales, and marketing campaigns. Our innovative direct sales and marketing techniques have proven to yield strong customer acquisition results. We are in search of passionate and dedicated individuals with a proven record in ICT sales and marketing, particularly in Door-to-Door Sales & Marketing.
Your Responsibilities:
• Organizing, planning, directing, and coordinating sales and marketing operations in the market
• Developing business plans and sales strategies that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability
• Analyzing and reviewing budgeting, financials, and sales records
• Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue
• Evaluating relevant data to determine customer service output
• Scheduling sales activities and deploying teams for new services, products, and campaigns
• Implementing sales approaches and setting sales targets to increase market share and customer adherence
• Liaising with management to support and implement growth strategies
• Handling complex and escalated customer service issues
• Monitoring competitors, market conditions, services, and product development
• Recruiting, developing, and training sales representatives with clearly communicated performance standards
• Conducting performance evaluations for sales representatives
• Directing strategies to boost consumption of services and reinforce brand image
• Ensuring all business activity aligns with company values, policies, and ethics codes of conduct
• Compliance with all relevant legislation policies
Pay and Hours:
• This is a full-time, permanent role with a guaranteed 30 hours per week, from Monday to Saturday.
• Pay ranges from $24/hour to $28/hour based on skills and experience.
• Opportunity to earn an annual sales incentive targeted at $2,500 to $7,500 based on sales performance.
Job Requirements:
The skills and experience you will need to bring include:
• Creative flair with an ability to think critically.
• Qualification of a Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of NZ experience in Direct Sales.
• Holding a limited or full NZ driver's license.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Confidence to interact with all levels of staff and management.
The working hours will be from 12 noon to 8 pm, Monday to Saturday, with potential additional hours to meet personal and company KPIs.
