The Company Yokohama TWS (TRS Tyre and Wheel) are a leading supplier of tyres and wheels to the agriculture, commercial and industrial markets. They're a key industry player and have a high portion of market share in their key segments. They run a branch network through the country and sell through an extensive distributor network for specific market sectors. The business offers staff development, long term progression and an exceptional team to work with. Being owned by a global manufacturer, their proposition to the market is strong and there is a strong growth plan in place. The Role As the Territory Manager for the Waikato and BOP region, you'll be responsible for managing resellers and working with end-users to create push and pull through demand. You'll find a territory that has been consistently managed for many years while also finding opportunities for growth. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys progressing conversations with existing customers to find more value and also enjoys creating opportunities to get new accounts transacting. There's little truly cold business though as TRS are well recognised. You'll have high levels of autonomy to manage your territory while having support from a strong National Sales Manager and very collaborative sales team. Depending on where you're based you may choose to do 1-2 nights travel per month.
