As a Territory Manager, your role is pivotal in overseeing customer relationships within a designated territory and executing all sales cycle objectives. This encompasses cultivating strong connections with outlets through regular meetings, reviews, and negotiations. Your responsibilities extend to implementing banner-level account plans to achieve growth in both value and volume share. A key focus is ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent interaction and delivering customer-focused service. You will manage EOE and PICOS in all accounts, execute activations, meet NPD speed-to-market targets, and handle promotional activities. Additionally, the position involves acquiring new customers, renewing existing outlet agreements, and ensuring the successful delivery of volume, value, and GDM targets. Your background and experience: A full New Zealand drivers' licence is a mandatory requirement for this field sales role.
