About the Role:
We're looking for a driven sales professional to join our fast-paced NZ Sales Team. As Territory Manager, you'll oversee the Central / Lower North Island region, driving growth and representing our diverse portfolio of brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a regional sales growth strategy
Manage brand representation across the portfolio
Collaborate with product and sales teams to seize new opportunities
Activate go-to-market programs tailored to brand-specific audiences
Evaluate opportunities for new product launches and ensure accurate forecasting
Participate in planning and forecasting to ensure the right product mix for your region
Serve as the go-to person for regional customer and product insights
Abilities:
Build strong relationships with retail store owners and managers
Knowledge of New Zealand's saltwater and freshwater fisheries
Manage your schedule to meet with customers regularly
Leverage data to gain competitive insights internally and externally
Deep knowledge of the NZ fishing market and its consumer segments
Influence stakeholders and navigate cross-functional collaboration within our organization
Possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Be self-driven, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks
Demonstrate enthusiasm to make an impact and grow the business
