Job Description of Sales Manager 1. To work with the New Zealand and International management teams in the formulation, development and implementation of effective Sales Strategies for Swift Shades. This will include Bay of Plenty, Waikato and Auckland regions.
2. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
3. Negotiate and close agreements with corporate, retail and horeca customers.
4. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department.
5. Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
6. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and budgets.
7. Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities. Travel will be required.
8. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
9. Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
10. Keep abreast of new product launches and attend trade shows.
11. To protect the Company and Brand image of Swift Shades.
12. Computer literate is essential for providing reports to management, quotes to customers and everyday record keeping.
13. An education degree will be beneficial as you will need to communicate clearly and train retail staff on product knowledge.
14. Salary is $890.00 per week. Travel costs and expenses will be paid by Swift Shades NZ.
