As Territory Manager, you'll oversee the Central / Lower North Island region, driving growth and representing our diverse portfolio of brands.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a regional sales growth strategyManage brand representation across the portfolioCollaborate with product and sales teams to seize new opportunitiesActivate go-to-market programs tailored to brand-specific audiencesEvaluate opportunities for new product launches and ensure accurate forecastingParticipate in planning and forecasting to ensure the right product mix for your regionServe as the go-to person for regional customer and product insightsAbilities:Build strong relationships with retail store owners and managersKnowledge of New Zealand's saltwater and freshwater fisheriesManage your schedule to meet with customers regularlyLeverage data to gain competitive insights internally and externallyDeep knowledge of the NZ fishing market and its consumer segmentsInfluence stakeholders and navigate cross-functional collaboration within our organizationPossess strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookBe self-driven, with the ability to prioritize competing tasksDemonstrate enthusiasm to make an impact and grow the businessIf you're passionate about sales and ready to make a tangible impact in the fishing industry, apply now with your cover letter and resume.Please note: Applicants must have the right to live and work in New Zealand.
