They will have responsibility for providing tenancy management services to the individuals and whanau who live or stay in Te Wawata Community Housing.You will have responsibility for placing tenants, coordinating the maintenance of the properties as well as building relationships with the wider community.TENANCY MANAGEMENTOversee all aspects of the relationship with our tenants including letting and vacation of tenancies, rent collection, property inspections, managing all occupancy documentation, maintenance, and issue management.RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENTBuild a culture of best practice tenancy management, promoting a collaborative approach to enable us to swiftly respond, adapt, and enhance every part of our service offering.SAFETY AND WELLBEINGEnsure the safety and wellbeing of clients, staff and other key stakeholders and that Te Wawata meets the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act, applicable codes, and funder provisions. Set the standard for being an exemplary landlord, acting with compassion, empathy, and wisdom, outworking the strategic housing goals for the organisation.About youGiven our social purpose and culture, we are looking for a person who aligns with our vision, values and culture first.
