About the role As the Tenancy and Leave Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our property management operations. Working closely with the Build to Rent Manager, you will handle property leasing, tenant relations, and communication, while providing crucial support to the wider property management team during periods of leave. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to advance their career in property management, with support from a manager and team that are the best in the business! This is a parental leave cover for 12 months. What we are looking for You will demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and a strong attention to detail. Previous experience or exposure to property management is preferred but not essential. Strong teamwork, a positive attitude, and a drive for success are the qualities for success in this role. You will: Have a professional mindset. Have some experience or understanding of property management - would be ideal. Work well under pressure. Have excellent communication and customer service skills. Be a natural problem solver and will enjoy achieving excellent outcomes for your clients and the company. Be able to work as part of a strong team as well as the ability to work effectively autonomously.
