Event Management (Marketing & Communications) Full time We are looking for a reliable person with a positive attitude and great work ethic to lead, train and grow our technician's knowledge and skills. You will lead our technicians on a day-to-day basis ensuring their work is programmed appropriately and that workflow and efficiencies are maximised. You will need good communication skills to lead your team and to liaise with our customers and events clients on site. Fahey takes pride in installing quality fences safely to a high standard whilst providing the very best in service to our clients. Your skills: The ability to lead and motivate staff and to plan and install our fences to exceed customers' expectations. Have an eye for detail and understand the need for a superior quality job. Must be comfortable driving a manual truck and towing and backing a trailer. A good understanding and willingness to adhere to all health and safety guidelines. Strong communication and time management skills. This is a hands-on team leader role; a good level of fitness is required to perform in this role which includes the installation and dismantling of temporary fence panels / fencing products and driving. Current Full clean NZ Drivers license class 1, Class 2 License & site safe ticket advantageous. Whilst we operate mostly Monday to Friday, through the event season we do work weekends and out of town throughout the South Island.
