About the roles:
Taking on a temporary administrative role could open the door to opportunities with our well-known clients in South and East Auckland. We're looking for adaptable candidates who are quick learners and confident in general administration tasks. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
Day to day responsibilities:
Our temporary roles may involve a variety of tasks, including General Administration, Accounts Administration, Customer Service, Data Entry, and Reception cover.
Communicating professionally with internal teams, clients, and customers.
Coordinating administrative tasks across multiple systems, including Outlook and the Microsoft Suite.
Collaboration is key—being a team player is essential in our office environment.
Demonstrating confidence in working independently when needed.
Start Date & Hours: Most of these temp roles will suit a candidate who is available on short notice and happy to work full time.
About you:
Having previous administration experience would be advantageous to your application.
A confidence with communication (both written and verbal).
Honest, reliable and trustworthy nature.
