In this telesales account management role, you will love adding value to your customers, displaying proactive customer service and finding the right solutions. You will be part of a fantastic sales team who are here to achieve the joint goal of growing our business and those of our customers.
This role is Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm at our Penrose Branch.
You will be able to juggle several tasks at once and have an excellent phone manner, as this role is telephone-based. You will confidently demonstrate a positive and professional image over the phone and online, be a skilled communicator, and use your creativity and innovation to provide solutions to help grow your portfolio.

Able to quickly grasp new concepts, resourceful and possess divergent thinking.
Not afraid of presenting to groups.
Natural communicator who can build rapport quickly both internally and externally.
Familiar with the Microsoft suite
