The St John Medical Alarm team is responsible for building positive and productive relationships with our customers and promoting our Monitored Alarm systems and services.
Our Medical Alarms help seniors and people with disabilities to continue enjoying their independence for longer and provide reassurance for families and friends. We are New Zealand's leading medical alarm provider and recommended most often by GPs.
As a Telecare Field Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of customer care throughout the customer life cycle, including the demonstration, installation and servicing of our alarms and supporting equipment and the promotion and sales of our alarms related products.
This is a permanent, 40 hours per week on the road role supporting clients in the Central Otago region.

Previous experience in a customer contact role
The ability to build strong relationships quickly.
Personal resilience and a positive "can-do" attitude.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to adapt quickly to change and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent time management and organisation skills.
Full NZ Driver Licence
