This role offers flexibility in start and finish times to accommodate your schedule and is a Support Office based position.
Skills & Experience Prior experience leading people in an IT support function, demonstrating success and passion for service delivery.A well-developed understanding of customer service principles, with the ability to understand the use of technology from an end-user's perspective. Familiarity with ITIL service delivery principles, or similar would be advantageous.A strong sense of teamwork, with the ability to mentor and drive personal growth and development.A self-disciplined approach, looking for improvement opportunities, and an analytical approach to problem-solving.Why Heritage Lifecare?
