Job Description/ Requirement
Responsibilities
Service & Repair
Attend customer's claims according to promised date/time
Repair HA/HE products (Fridge, Washing Machine, dryer, etc.)
Ensure Customer Satisfaction Level and achieve good KPI results
Perform Multi-tasking
SVC KPI (Weekly & Monthly)
RTAT (Repair Turn Around Time)
Technician Productivity
Pending management
Reclaim
NPS
Requirements
Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical or its equivalent
Minimum 2 years of working experience in electronics products service & repair
Able to repair HA/HE products and resolve customer's complaints with limited supervision and support
Ability to lift Customer Satisfaction Level
Ability to work independently and effectively
Customer-oriented, conscientious, presentable & a good team player
IT Savvy
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
A fast learner who can work under pressure
Preferably with Class 3 driving license
Remarks
Working Hours:
8.30 am to 6.15 pm (Monday to Friday)
8.30 am to 2.00 pm (alternate Saturday) - (claim as OT)
