Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Technical System Trainer.
At Leigh's, we're in the midst of an exciting digital transformation. We're upgrading, integrating, and simplifying our systems. If you have a talent for demystifying complex tech, translating it into plain language, and providing hands-on training, this role is tailor-made for you. We're on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic Technical Systems Trainer to join Leigh's IT team.
As a Technical Systems Trainer, you'll be the bridge between our cutting-edge systems and our dedicated teams. Seeking to understand the needs and opportunities of the Leighs Teams you will have a combination of being onsite with our project teams and working in our offices in Christchurch and Auckland.
Your mission? Ensuring our tools are not just understood but utilised to their full potential. Whether it's guiding a colleague on navigating SharePoint or helping a Project Manager master Acconex and Procore, your impact will be substantial.
To be considered for this opportunity you must have: The approach of a self-starter with a proactive nature.A track record where user experience is top of mind in every interaction.Proven work experience as an IT Trainer, Technical Trainer, or similar role.A minimum of 3 years SharePoint admin training experience.Skilled in identifying training needs and delivering engaging sessions.Able to influence with a friendly and approachable style.The ability to simplify complex concepts.Quick to adapt to new systems and technologies.Experience in Acconex, Procore and/or ReadyTech is a massive advantage.What we offer: Competitive salary, health insurance and a heap of other benefits.The opportunity to make a real difference across the organisation.An experienced, passionate and dedicated team within a stable business.Being part of the journey to help shape our business.What now?
