Our client is seeking a dedicated Training Design Specialist to join a key piece of work.
This role is an exciting opportunity to guide system and process changes throughout the organisation, ensuring smooth adoption of new best practice processes.
Key Responsibilities: As a Training Design Specialist your primary responsibility will be to create engaging and effective training content for software implementations and process redesign.
You will utilise your proficiency in e-learning tools to develop a variety of training materials.
Your strong understanding of adult learning principles will guide you in designing pre/post-training assessments.
Conduct a thorough training needs analysis for different user groups undergoing redesign Develop a variety of training materials, including e-learning modules, quick reference guides, and instructor-led virtual training materials Collaborate with the relevant departments, such as P&C and external vendors to ensure accuracy of training content along with consistency in the content development to align with other learning materials Create a completion report with quality measure to ensure end user adoption Create a training schedule and coordinate with team leaders for staff availability Stand up a "train the trainer" solution to assist in overall training delivery and effectiveness Key Requirements: The ideal candidate for this role brings a wealth of experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
Your proven track record in creating engaging training content for software implementations or process redesign demonstrates your ability to effectively communicate complex concepts.
Proficiency in e-learning tools Strong understanding of adult learning principles Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with project management and meeting deadlines Familiarity with CRM systems Robert Walters endeavours to review all applications in a maximum of five working days.
