What's the role
You'll be responsible for leading the daily operations of SuiteFiles' technical support services for our customers and partners, through the triaging and diagnosing of issues as they arise, ensuring tickets are seen through to resolution within agreed timeframes.
In addition to being hands-on with tech support, you will also lead the team of Technical Support Specialists with the goal of providing world-class support for all our customers. Please note that occasional out-of-hours work will be required, liaising with customers overseas.
What skills or experience you need
Coming armed with your previous experience on a helpdesk supporting level 1 and 2 requests, you will have natural leadership skills and be someone who teammates see as a mentor or senior.
You are an avid listener, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and can quickly build rapport and forge strong relationships with others. You are admired for your curiosity, problem-solving ability, and tenacity when it comes to finding a solution. You appreciate the need to ask the right questions from the onset.
Ideally, you are savvy with Microsoft 365.
