Responsibilities:Ensure all HSE procedures are followed, and all incidents are reported accordingly.Serve existing accounts by analysing work orders, conducting tests, and resolving problems.Provide service by studying system requirements, completing installation, and performing acceptance tests.Maintain and develop customer relationships, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, recommending system improvements, and maintaining customer confidentiality.Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Inform Service Manager when the job is ready to be invoiced.Explore sales possibilities with customers utilizing his scope of specialty and by utilizing cross-departmental specialists.Work with engineering, sales, and/or other units to resolve issues/problems that may arise.Accurately complete service documentation including having Service Reports signed by the customer or the customer's authorized representative.Read and interpret hydraulic circuits/schematics.Strip, assess, report, rebuild, and test hydraulic components.We offer our employees: Exciting, challenging, and rewarding position with a market leading company.Excellent working conditions in a newly built workshop.Good team environment with a strong company culture and values.Social Events and team building.Staff discounts on Bosch and affiliated-brand products.Ongoing training and support.Options for further learning.Agency applications will not be accepted for this position.
