Key Responsibilities: Manage a sole charge section of the business Manage stock ordering and maintenance Oversee merchandising and housekeeping Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships Desirable Attributes, Skills, and Knowledge: Energetic, fit, and ready to make a positive impact Reliable, trustworthy, and confident Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Organised with strong time management abilities Willingness to learn and upskill proactively Mature with the ability to be accountable for your responsibilities Experience in automotive, industrial, marine, or general painting is beneficial but not required On Offer: Market-related salary package based on skills, experience, and industry knowledge Full-time permanent position, Monday – Friday, plus 4 hours every second Saturday This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting a rewarding career in a specialised trade/retail environment with a supportive and skilled team.
