We have a permanent, full-time opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant and friendly team in Whangarei. The team have an embedded culture they are proud of with many years' experience, so you will learn from the experts. In this role you will be responsible for:
Taking inbound calls, making outbound calls and supporting walk-in queries.
Professionally handling customer enquiries or issues in a timely manner.
Accurately arranging quotes and processing orders.
Offering solution-based support to our valued customers.
This position plays a pivotal part in our organisation dealing with a wide range of our customers and internal staff, so it is paramount that you have:
A strong level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills underpinned by a strong customer-focused background with at least 1-2 years experience.
Hands-on customer service experience, both over the phone and face to face, and be an enthusiastic team player who takes pride in their work.
Passionate about providing our valued customers with a service experience that is second to none.
Confidence with computers and learning new systems (training provided).
