This role will be pivotal to ensuring the successful development of the New Zealand Business Number (NZBN) products offered by the Digital Business Enablement team to all businesses operating across New Zealand.
Reporting to the Director, Digital Business Enablement you will be responsible for managing NZBN tools and services for small businesses and ensuring that the NZBN product set is fit for purpose and responsive to customer needs.
Nga pukenga me nga wheako e hiahiatia ana - Skills and Experience Required At least 5 years product management experience in complex, multi-disciplinary (ICT, people, process, organisational design) multi-business unit and multi-agency initiatives.
Experience of building and maintaining successful product roadmaps, linking outcomes with technical features.
Experience from working with a range of stakeholders, quickly understanding clients' needs and developing technical, customer focussed solutions.
Ability to articulate complex ideas, plans and issues to a senior audience and technical stakeholders.
A solid understanding of technology and how it is used to deliver digital outcomes for both business and government.
Ideally experience working in both supplier and client environments.
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (such as Computer Science or Information Technology) or equivalent industry experience.
Must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
