Te Whiwhinga mahi?| The opportunity  We have a fantastic opportunity for two tech savvy individuals to provide comprehensive technical support for all Parking & Transport Compliance services with on-street technology and software.
This is a crucial role that is tasked with proactively managing the day-to-day operations, integrity and allocation of enforcement systems, processes and equipment.
Owning a thorough, responsive and agile "help desk" service for system users, both software and hardware, you will be first point of contact to diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring faults are logged, recorded and issues resolved in a timely manner.
Additional responsibilities include: Execute and manage daily uploads of all devices and the management of data in relevant software, while providing feedback to the relevant teams regarding performance.Manage equipment needs for Parking and Transport Compliance ensuring operational continuance and maintaining performance standards i.e.
Proactively manage the Parking & Transport Compliance Asset register ensuring appropriate equipment levels are maintained.Proactively liaise with frontline team members (PO and TO) to resolve multi-level issuesProactively manage the implementation and integration of new and existing software and hardware components.This role requires you to work on a shift basis; working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, alternating one week on morning shifts and the next week on afternoon shifts.
You are also required to be 'on call' Saturday and Sunday between 6am and 8:30pm, every other weekend following your night shift rotation.
Morning shifts: 6am - 2:30pm, Afternoon shifts: 12pm - 8:30pm Ko?koe?tenei?| About you  With demonstrated operational experience in a service desk environment, you'll apply your practical knowledge, troubleshooting skills and your ability to systematically identify and solve issues.
An exceptional communicator with a genuine passion for customer service, you will be able to provide technical support, guidance and training (where needed) to technical and non-technical team members.
