Te Turanga | About the role Tauranga is the fifth largest city in the country, and Tauranga City Council is one of New Zealand's growth councils. We are seeking a Technical Officer (Compliance Schedule/BWOF) to join our Compliance team within our Regulatory & Compliance Group on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity that exists to provide high quality technical knowledge and support to the Building Services team and wider Regulatory and Compliance Group in relation to the Compliance Schedule / BWOF process. The Technical Officer (Compliance Schedule/BWOF) will actively contribute to the development of processes and procedures that apply to building control and the Building Consent Authority in Council and maintain / report the statistics needed for Council, BCA, IANZ and MBIE reporting.
