ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for someone who can work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and key project stakeholders managing all commercial concepts, practices ,and procedures from project commencement through to completion. The Senior Quantity Surveyor must have a good understanding of commercial contract law, drafting subcontract agreements, assessing payment claims and variations, enforcing adherence to contractual terms and risk management. The position may also involve junior and peer mentoring to ensure development and skill transfer within the business.
