As the Technical Coordinator you will be responsible for the coffee machinery management of our Out of Home (petrol stations, café's and business centres) customers.In the role you will be responsible for:Coordinating and scheduling machinery installations, de-installations, swaps, and repairs.Organizing refurbishment activities to meet second-hand equipment demand.Maintaining accurate machinery and equipment records in Salesforce, including stock movements.Managing workshop schedules and balancing on-site repairs.Collaborating with sales, technical teams, and third-party providers to ensure readiness for installations and deinstallations, including freight and site preparation.Handling technical issue calls, logging jobs in Salesforce, and escalating as needed.Overseeing the deinstallation process to ensure timely completion.Keying installation order management for machinery delivery.Proactively resolving technical and logistical challenges.QualificationsTo be the best Technical Coordinator, we're looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:3 years' experience in a similar rolePrevious FMCG experience would be highly regarded.Previous technical or warehousing experience would be highly regarded.SAP or Salesforce experience would be highly regarded.High level of computer literacy including MS Word and Excel.High attention to detailInfluential and team playerValid unrestricted work visaAdditional InformationCompetitive salary and discretionary bonus opportunityEnjoy half a day off on your birthday.Medical Insurance for you and your family.Income Protection and Life Insurance.Learning and development programs to support personal growth.Quarterly free staff boxes including a range of our coffee and tea brands, and access to discounted staff purchases.If so, please grab a cuppa, brush up your CV and apply now (it's really easy, we promise).
