About the role: The Transactional Banking platform is the heart of the bank providing all the cool online / real-time transactional services that power ASB. As a SAP Functional Lead, you will be supporting the SAP squad on a large migration project. Your everyday tasks should be like these:
Collaborate with the BAs to refine and capture Business Requirements including NFRs.Support Customer Experience Owner (CXO), BA and team to create, refine Epics, Features and User Stories in ADO.Work closely with the BAs, Architects, Stakeholders, and wider SAP Team to deliver effective and efficient solutions on SAP Fioneer Transactional Banking (TRBK) platform that meets Business Requirements and ASB & APRA Controls.Work with Suppliers, Vendors and Partners to design & implement SAP Fioneer Transactional Banking Platform (TRBK) platform and successfully convert Banking Services 9 to TRBK.Support SAP Solution Architect to create HLSD.Create Detailed Designs in collaboration with SAP Team members and present and get required approvals for the solution designs.Collaborate with the delivery squads to build & deliver the approved solutions.Continuously look for opportunities to optimise customer/staff journeys using standard TRBK & BTP OOTB functionalities.Actively support and promote SAP best practice and clean core implementations.Support and perform audits to inspect that a clean core platform is maintained.Actively work with the SAP Functionals and build efficiencies within the Functional Chapter and support the team with their training and development goals.Provide thought leadership on TRBK implementation and SAP Best Practice.About you: We are looking for someone who has:
Strong background and experience in designing and delivering SAP solutions and in SAP Banking Services.Knowledge in S/4HANA TRBK, BTP and Fiori is an added advantage.Strong Banking Services backgroundThought leadership on TRBK implementation and SAP Best PracticeAbility to guide and mentor SAP FunctionalsAbility to mentor SAP Team members & end users on TRBK and other supporting SAP systems/tools/processesProficient in agile methodologies and ability to run agile ceremonies.Proven ability to deliver strong customer and business outcomes with a can-do attitude and growth & learning mindset.Ability to navigate challenging situations & people to achieve desired outcomes.Outcomes you are responsible for: Business/System Requirements Analysis: Work closely with the Squad BA and stakeholders to understand the business requirements.System Design & Configuration: Design and configure SAP TRBK platform to meet the specific needs of the business users.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of SAP functional engineers, providing technical guidance and support.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance engineering efficiency and effectiveness.Training & Support: Provide training and support to SAP team, end users and other stakeholders, ensuring they are proficient in using the SAP system.System Testing and Quality Assurance: Oversee system testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the system meets all requirements.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders providing updates and gathering feedback.Documentation: Ensure all project and system documentation is complete and up to date.Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation and maintenance of the SAP System.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest TRBK Functional trends and technologies to continuously improve our Core Banking solutions.Working at ASB: ASB's sense of who we are and what we stand for is grounded in our values.
